The FAVORITEN Fest is offering two free workshops for children and young people who fancy getting active and trying out new things in public spaces. Neither workshop requires any prior experience, and both will take place in the Stadtgarten.

Skate-Workshop

Would you like to learn to skateboard?
Then you’ve come to the right place!
 Our skate workshop offers you the chance to learn the basics of skateboarding under supervised guidance. Of course, you’re also welcome to just come along and have a go first. Our skate instructors will be happy to teach you your first steps and tricks on a skateboard, always taking your abilities and skills into account. The workshop is open to anyone aged 5 and over who’s interested.

Parkour-Workshop

Overcoming barriers and scaling walls – is that something you’d like to do too? Then the Parkour Workshop (for ages 12 and over) is just the thing for you. Over the course of 60 minutes, you’ll learn how to overcome obstacles with cool moves and further develop your skills. Twenty participants will be coached by two experienced trainers at the fountain in the Stadtgarten. Remember to bring plenty to drink and wear weather-appropriate clothing.
