I Don´t See Colour

Akasha Daley

I Don‘t See Colour — a spoken word performance, was written by Akasha Daley during the Black Lives Matter protests. After watching Black people around the world die every day from police violence and racism. After she is tired of hearing one more excuse, one more apology, for remaining silent about these acts. She is tired of listening to prayers and thoughts instead of seeing actions.
This text is meant to be an answer. An answer for all those for whom mere „not being racist“ is not enough.
